Does Coofoods have a brick and mortar store?
We are solely an online e-commerce platform and deliver to homes & offices.
Why register for an account?
3% off from second order for mailing list members (subscribed to email). Also, by registering for an account, your delivery address and payment information will be saved so that you will not have to re-enter your information the next time you place an order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Pay Now, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Apple presently.
How do I become a Member?

What benefits do Members' receive?
A member with valid subscription to mailing list will enjoy a 3% off* after a first time welcome 10% off discount. 
How long will my Membership last?
The Membership is effective for all valid account holders subscribed to our mailing list.
How can i register for an account?

What does Coofoods use my email address for?
We use it to register your personal account. Your personal information will not be shared. To unsubscribe from our mailing list, click Account Login
I forgot my password.
Click “Forgot the password?” at Account Login. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with to reset your password.

How do I place an order?
See "How to Buy" for details, a guide for first time customers. Simply browse, click "Quick Shop" & "Add to Cart" your items. Once ready, view shopping cart on the header and “Check Out”. 
I have not received my order.
If you have not received your order in 5 working days for standard shipping or 2 working days for expedited shipping, please Contact Us.
How do I check my order information?
Click on your profile in the top right corner and click “Review” under the order that you want to check.
Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
No amendment or cancellation to an order is allowed once an order is confirmed.
Does Coofoods ship internationally?
No. We deliver in Singapore only. See Home Delivery & Self Collection
What are your delivery timings?
We deliver 7 days a week (except for public holidays) from 9am - 4pm
How much are delivery fees?
  • $60 and above: FREE (within 3-5 working days)
  • Standard (3-5 working days): $5.00
  • Expedited (1-2 working days): $7.50
    How are items packed?
    Ambient Items are picked directly from our warehouse shelves and packed in carton boxe/s for delivery to home/ office. 
    Temperature controlled items are picked only before delivery and packed in plastic bags and placed inside a cooler/ ice box throughout the delivery journey. We strictly follow standard industry practises of all online retailers in Singapore. 
    There is a problem with the product I received.
    Please email all product related issues from Help Center, with reasons for replacement (e.g damaged, expiry date etc.) It will be helpful to include images as much as possible to follow up investigate and take corrective action.
