Serves 3 Ingredients 1/2 cup bacon, chopped 1 tsp garlic, minced 1/2 cup button mushroom, sliced 1 cup blanched spinach Alaska Créma All Purpose 135ml 3 pcs eggs Salt and pepper to taste Shredded cheese Procedure Fry bacon in a hot skillet. Once brown and lightly toasted, remove the bacon and some of its oil from the pan. Quickly sauté the garlic, the mushrooms and the spinach in the remaining bacon fat. Add in the Alaska Créma All Purpose Cream. Simmer for 3 minutes, then crack in each egg in the simmering cream. Season with salt and pepper, then cover the pan for 2 more minutes to let the eggs cook. Once eggs are cooked according to preference, turn off the heat and top with shredded cheese and the bacon fried from earlier. Enjoy freshly cooked.
